I was born in October, and it has influenced my entire life. I feel like Autumn is the most beautiful season and the flavors that are commonly associated with this time are just amazing! Both of my parents are from Mexico so I grew up with holidays like, Dia De Los Muertos and Dia De Los Reyes Magos, and being raised in this rich Mexican culture will play a part in what I bake. I am open to get recommendations for things I should make from cultures of all around the world. I grew up with a cooking family. My dad's side of the family owned a restaurant in Mexico and still sells food and drinks in a puesto or a "market stall".  When I was little my dad used to always cook and bake with me and I would be by his side watching and learning. I will definitely say that baking has been my passion since I was little, I remember the first time I tried to do something, I almost burned my house down  and was afraid for months to even step in a kitchen! Now I am looking to starting my own bakery and on the way grow and learn about different cultures and baking techniques from around the world! I am very excited to dive in deep into the culinary world and try out recipes and giving my own twist to them and share my experiences with you!

As a visitor here, I hope to share tips and techniques in the baking world.  I want to share recipes that I love and adore, and have been a hit with my family! I want you to come out of this getting inspired to bake and feeling secure that you can do it. Hopefully even come back and be part of a free-flowing, loving environment.
